There’s processed salt in our food that can be dangerous to our body!
What: MSG is a form of concentrated and processed salt that comes from sugar beets.
Where: This appalling ingredient can be found in spicy corn chips, certain Chinese foods, ranch dressing, sausages, many meats (including barbequed, smoked and processed deli meats), sauces, and powdered packets (such as dip mixes and Cup Noodles).
Why: to enhance the flavor of your food
Problem: It can cause many reactions including skin rashes, nausea, vomiting, migraines, asthma, heart irregularities, depression and seizures.
The earlier MSG appears on the ingredient list, there more there is of it.
Solution: Avoid MSG altogether. We don’t need processed salt to add flavor to our food. Instead, use natural spices such as sea salt, fresh garlic.
